About
Ernst Kaltenbrunner was a senior Austrian Nazi and SS officer. In Jan 1943 he became head of the RSHA, which controlled the Gestapo, Criminal Police, and SD.
The International Military Tribunal found him guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity. He was executed at Nuremberg on Oct 16, 1946.
